Want to exchange an item?
Please read through the guidelines below before sending over your exhange request!

Exchanges

It's a bummer that things were not perfect, here's hoping we can rectify the situation: We accept exchanges within working days of receipt for most items.

 

Before you drop us an email, here's the fine print!

 

- Exchanges are allowed only if you have received an incorrect merchandise or a defective merchandise.

- The merchandise in concern must be unworn, unwashed and in its original brand new condition with all tags attached.

- Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes.

- All sale items are not eligible for an exchange. 

- Exchange requests must be sent in within 7 working days from when you receive the merchandise.

- Upon receiving approval from Knestle to carry out an exchange, we must receive the merchandise in concern within 14   working days. Afterwhich, Knestle will not be obligated to follow up on the case.

- As the merchandise will be your responsibility until it reaches us, please return the parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

- In the event where the merchandise in concern is out of stock, you will be offered the option to exchange it for                         another merchandise of your choice. Should you choose to exchange your initially purchased merchandise for a higher           priced merchandise, you will need to top-up for the difference in price. 

- All exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to approve or reject all exchange requests.

 

 

Refunds

We regret to inform that no refunds of any form will be made at this time. 

 

 

How to exchange?

If all of the above exchange criteria listed in the fine print has been met, please proceed to request for an exchange based on the following steps. 

 

Incorrect Merchandise

1. Please send in an email to Hello@Knestle.com with the email titled "Incorrect Merchandise - (insert Order ID)". In the       email, please include your Order ID, a clear snapshot of the mailing label and the incorrect merchandise received.

2. Your exchange request will be replied to within 3 working days.

3. If your exchange request has been approved, please pack the merchandise and send the parcel to the address stated in our      email to you. Please title it in the format below:

 

    Knestle Exchange

    Order # ________ 

    Address

    

4. Email the parcel's Registered Article Number (RA) to hello@knestle.com.

5. We will send you an email once we have received your return parcel and will proceed to send out the correct merchandise.     Please allow 5 working days for us to send out the correct merchandise to you.

 

Defective Merchandise

1. Please send in an email to Hello@Knestle.com with the email titled "Defective Merchandise - (insert Order ID)"
    - In the email, please include your Order ID, a clear snapshot of the mailing envelope and the defect, followed by a                   detailed description of the defect.

2. We will assess the defect from the pictures and reply within 3 working days.

3. If your exchange request has been approved, please pack the merchandise and send the parcel to the address stated in our      email to you. Please title it in the format below:

4. Email the parcel's Registered Article Number (RA) to hello@knestle.com.

5. We will send you an email once we have received your return parcel and will proceed to send out the correct merchandise.     Please allow 5 working days for us to send out the correct merchandise to you.
